what's cookin - Butter Chicken

menu simple dan express - Butter Chicken..smell really nice, just a right amount of saltiness and spicy!

Butter Chicken
Recipe adapt form Nasi Lemak Lover

boneless chicken
2 tbs butter
5-6 curry leaves
2 cili padi - i also added some bits of dry chillis (the more chillis the merrier)
4 cloves garlic - chopped
2 tbs soy sauce
an egg
about 1/4 cup evaporated creamer - i use fresh milk instead =)
corn flour
salt and pepper to taste

1. Cut boneless chicken into smaller pieces. Marinate with beaten egg, garlic, salt, pepper and soy sauce for about 30 minutes - 1 hour. Coat with corn flour and fry until crispy. Set aside.
2. Heat butter in a wok and sautee garlic, cili padi, dry chillis and curry leaves until fragrant.
3. Add in fried chicken, season with salt, pepper and sugar to taste.
4. Lastly, pour in milk, quickly stir and mix well.
5. Serve hot.
