i knew that i have to this recipe the moment i saw it at Joy the Baker. especially when she ended the recipe with the words 'serious yum.' in it. hehe...for recipe please refer to her site as she wrote clearer step by step instructions (dan saya adalah malas mahu taip ampun!)
the only mistakes i did was not roll them into smaller sizes (kerana mahu cepat habis - sila jangan contohi), so it end up like potato bread yang selalu beli di carrefour kalau panas-panas baru lepas bakar...but overall, i really enjoy making my first bread...and it turn out to be delicious!
sebelum rest for 1 hour -> after 1 hour -> form into balls -> after let rise for 45 minutes, ready to bake =)

the texture - soft, fluffy, so milkier and seriously yum!
