like usual, on and off mesti ada rasa gian ketagih nak baking...dalam seminggu tu kalau tak bancuh telur and main tepung memang tak sah..at least perlu buat 2 kali untuk puaskan hati hehehe....at this time, i've decided to give this so called Molten Chocolate Cake a try...there were so many recipe version or names of these cute lil decadent babies, whether from famous chefs like Danny Boome, Gordon Ramsay to other foodies and food blogger...some people call it Chocolate Lave Cake, some may call it Warm Chocolate Cake...
as for me (and as usual) mesti la cari resepi paling simple, paling kurang bahan berkolesterol (egg yolks)dan paling senang..and it is super dead easy to make..hehe...just make sure you use good quality chocolate for that dense and rich chocolatey taste...

½ cups Butter
1 cup Powdered Sugar - sifted
2 whole Eggs
2 whole Egg Yolks
6 Tablespoons Flour
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
2. Prepare ramekins or muffin tins. Apply generous layer of butter and coat with cocoa powder. Set aside.
3. Microwave chocolate and butter in large bowl on high for about 1 minute, until butter is melted. Whisk until chocolate is also melted.
4. Stir in sugar until well blended. Whisk in eggs and egg yolks. Stir in flour.
5. Divide between cups.Bake 13-14 minutes until sides are slightly firm and center is soft. DO NOT OVER BAKE. Keep an eye closely as you dont want your cake end up like kuih bingka.
6.Let stand 1 minute before transfer to serving plate. Serve warm with whip cream or vanilla ice cream. Enjoy! =)

haha..tengah menahan diri.. tak bole tak bole.. eh, i ada recipe choc cake jugak (er..dari my mom sebenaqnya). tapi version kukus punya. nanti ada time kita share~ :D
