what's cookin - Choc Moist Brownies


bahagiakah anda jika bangun pagi dan jumpa sesuatu di dalam oven anda yang lazat-liat-bercoklat seperti ini....

eh eh...ada brownies la! (^o^)

doesn't that really made your day? haha...patut berterima kasih kepada mood membaking yang datang secara tiba-tiba malam tadi..juga patut berterima kasih kepada Mya yang kepenatan tidak cukup tidur siang yang selamat tidur jam 8.30 malam....suddenly all i know is my Chocolate Moist Brownies selamat masuk ke dalam oven jam 9.30 pm...

Hasil: Just exactly what i look into Brownies - Chewy, Fudgy, Chocolatey, Not So Sweet. Need i say more?

Saya adalah malas mahu decorate kerana mahu cepat masuk mulut LOL! I dunno with other people, tapi saya selalu ada masalah kalau bake something yang berasaskan coklat. Saya paling suka bau coklat hangus, the best part adalah makan kerak kek coklat yang keras di bahagian atas kek tu...fuuhhh..panas-panas suam, keras-keras rangup..nyum nyum...

Choc Moist Brownies

Dry Ingredients:
1 ½ cup (185 gm) flour
¼ cup (30 gm) cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp soda bicarbonate
1 ½ cwn (205 gm) macadamia nuts, chopped
( i didn't put sebab tak ada =P
)

Wet Ingredients:
125 gm butter
200 gm cooking chocolate, chopped (i use half dark cooking choc, half regular cooking choc)
1 cup (250 gm) castor sugar
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/3 cup (90 gm) sour cream (don't really like my brownies taste sourish, so i use light single cream instead)

Method:
1. In a large mixing bowl, prepare DRY Ingredients and mix in flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, soda bicarbonate and macadamia nuts.
2. Then, working on your WET Ingredients, melt butter and chopped cooking chocolate together either using double-boiler or your microwave.
3. Remove your chocolate mixture from heat, mix in sugar and stir. Then, fold in your lightly beaten eggs.
4. Pour cream into the chocolate mixture and stir.
5. Now, pour your WET mixture into DRY ingredients. Lightly fold in all the flour. Do not overmix.
6. Pour into your prepared baking pan, bake in pre-heated oven 30-35 minutes for 180 C or until done, depending in your oven.

Ishhh.. anda membuatkan daku inginkan membakar kek cekelat yg lebih kurang mcm brownie itu juga - chewy, fudgy, chocolatie, not so sweet.

Itu juga adalah saya.
Chewy sbb suami suka gigit, fudgy sbb gumuk, chocolatie sbb warna kulit and not so sweet tatkala mengada tahap raja gaban.

cik ahkon: aku prefer plain aje.. senang nk bg mya rasa hehe...dia suka giller, tp x bole bg byk2 nnt susah nk poo2 pulak..siap kena sorok, tunjuk dlm oven dah kosong pun still x caye lg brownies dah abes..hehe..
